I love this course. Everything Artor said is true. Most of my life I had health problems. I started eating right and weight training in my 20's. I loved how I looked and felt and the compliments coming from the guys helped a lot too. I had a regular eating and workout plan until in my 30's when I had an operation that caused me pain for years. I gained weight, went though depressions and lost confidence in my self. I'm in my 50's now about to go though another operation and getting my mine set of what I want to do afterward. Right now I am unhealthy and 100lbs. overweight. I am not taking any kind of medication and want to keep it that way. I help care for both parents. I don't want to be like them when I am in my 70's, so I really must start working on myself now. I look up people who are 70 and over, who are healthy and fit for encouragement and I am looking up courses like this one. Artor is really motiving and encouraging to me. He has great tips that are doable. I know I will be unfit to do anything for a month or two after the operation but after that I plan to do sample steps to lose weight and become fit. Just walking will be enough for a few month then it's time to really move. Thank you Artor and Udemy for this inspiring course.
