This is a great beginner's course! I enjoyed the hands-on examples juxtaposed against samples of the work of famous watercolorists as well as beginning students work.

The sound quality of the videos throughout are quite difficult. At places, I could barely hear the instructor, even with my speakers at full blast. In other places, I would suddenly be startled out of my wits when the sound boomed!

I do wish the instructor had explained warm and cool colors a bit, as I think this is a key distinction and would like a bit more guidance.

I am just a beginner painter and this is all new to me. As I learn more about colour and mixing, I'm sure that I will be better able to rate this course. As of right now….I feel that 3 out of 5 stars is my rating

This step by step process made it easy to visualize the process. I really enjoyed the outdoor contrasts, and the idea of zooming in for a specific focus. The cover photo really does display what you'll work on.
