About This Course

When it comes to learn how to face challenging situations, the available literature and resources teach how to use cognitive and mental strategies to develop Self-Confidence.

However, that is not enough.

Self-confidence starts in our bodies and is linked to our deep memory and non-verbal experiences we had as child.

If you just prepare yourself through mental strategies, you are very likely experience mental blanks, confusion and difficulties to organize your thinking when facing a challenging situation. You know that feeling when the answers seem to vanish from your mind no matter how much you have studied or prepared yourself for an exam or interview. This is a neurophysiologic process and to address it you have to work on a neurophysiologic level.

This course aims to teach you how to prepare yourself, from a neurophysiologic level, to face and succeed challenging situations such as exams and interviews.

With the techniques and information we teach in this course you will be able to make the best use of all your skills and knowledge.

The most important part in this course is practicing the exercises. They will make the difference. The more your practice, the more you will get results.

The course is structured in Video lectures, Quizzes and Self-Awareness activities.

The instructor was came across as heart-felt and interested in helping others. It was information I knew already and I was hoping for something more. There were obvious typos on his slides that could have easily been fixed, e.g., "rips" instead of ribs and other mistakes on earlier slides. He would be more engaging with more visuals like photos, etc. - less just him talking . I liked the demonstration of the grounding exercises.

I am enjoying this course. The information is not new to me, but definitely helpful to revisit it and practice the grounding and breathing exercises. Fernando's calm quality is infectious....cannot help but relax to the sound of his voice. :)

This class has a very interesting subject, and seemed to offer actual instruction, but stopped at rather vague and poorly focused exercises.

Fernando has produced an awesome course that does not teach you to "pretend" to have confidence but helps you get to the root, in order to help make your self-confidence genuine.
The course layout was straightforward for laypeople and well laid out. I found the production quality good and he was easy to understand. His delivery was excellent, he clearly knows his subject as I did not feel that he was reading bullet points.
I was able to take away a lot of useful info that I will incorporate into my daily practice and to help me in my upcoming oral exam. I feel more confident having taken his course but will return to it often as a refresher. I will also recommend it to friends and family.

This is a beautiful course Fernando does a wonderful job of keeping it simple and practical. In this course you will learn

• How to connect to your body
• How the body holds issues that need your attention and to
bring the body to it's optimal state for life forward movement.
• Learn to invite and follow your own living body to self regulate
by being in relatioship with it.

Lear to apply these elements as life skills in everyday living. I highly recomend this course as what you learn can be activated straight away. What science is trying to put in a pill we have already and it is free.

This course not only provides a theoretical understanding of the neurophysiology of self confidence, but also exercises and the possibility to reflect on one's experiences throughout the course and in every day life to bring together body and mind.

I think the rich knowledge in this course can be applied on many every day experiences and as a result contribute to a more fulfilling life.
