Some source data presented can be informative but the approach to building long-lasting motivation and good habits seems to be on a very general level composed of basic rules without getting into nitty gritty of this domain (e.g. how to deal with conflicts of priorities, what to do when exhaustion or doubts show up etc.)

I really enjoyed this course. Alex provided a lot of great research on how to achieve and sustain motivation. I especially liked the exercise sections, where we were challenged to put some of these new ideas into action. Alex would then do the exercise himself, so that you could compare thought processes. Alex is kind and responsive, and works very hard to ensure that his students have the best possible experience in the class.
