There is clearly a great deal of analysis behind these lessons. Condensed experience but at the same time there is a difficulty in some places to understand exactly what the speaker wants to say as it is not helped by the accompanying text which does not show us the speaker's words correctly. In other words, it makes watching tiring in some places. Also the websites suggested for more information do not appear to work.
Still, it's worth getting this experience.

There could be more real-life examples of negotiations. The theory could for some unexperienced people seem difficult to apply to real life.
