* Your stress plan, including your own symptoms, causes, actions and strategies.

* Course summary, including a short summary of the course, a course quiz to self assess your learning and a checklist of all the tips and strategies covered in the course.

There are also worksheets to complete as you go through the course to develop your own personalised stress plan. These include identifying the symptoms and the causes of your stress, as well as actions to take to reduce your current stress and strategies to follow to manage stress positively going forward and to build your resilience to stress over time.

There is also a short multiple choice quiz in the Summary section of the course for you to use to self assess your learning from the course.

updating rating from a 2 to a 5. I would recommend setting the lecture to a suitable playback speed before beginning the class. The instructor is engaged and responses quickly if you submit a question. Overall, great information .
