This course has exposed me to so many things which I do not know about testing before now, its has increases my testing skill as well.
It's worse in terms of communication and content. tutor not even able to explain the content and he don't even know where to start and when to finish the sentence. Worse tutor ever I heard.

I know nothing about IT, I'm an administrative assistant, but this course is really comprehensive and gives a lot of information. What I do miss about it, is the meaning of the abbreviations. Tech terms like CS, QC, ROI, etc. It might be a good idea to just give the meaning of the abbreviations before starting the course. The link is good, but a little more explanation would be great :)
The instruction is him reading from slides (sometimes twice). I wonder what the purpose of some of his statements are. For example, why does he state :“Good is good, and bad is bad” ? Is his fee based on number words or something? Hoping course improves.
