It was good - a little basic, common sense that you can find elsewhere, but presenters' charisma and great personalities made a difference. Including a couple of exercises along the way, would be even better. Anyway, i enjoyed the course, thank you.

This course manages to miss the mark entirely. Plagued with circular reasoning (e.g. in order to engage in small talk adopt a "host personality". How stupid is that? Would we need a course on small talk if that was already something we could do? So dumb) and irritating instructors. Bleaugh.

This is a good course for beginner's. It was pretty basic for me and a lot of the stuff is common sense but it is well presented and would help out persons who really struggle with small talk.
