I know that the training highly points towards outsourcing much of the workload, but I can tell already that there will be plenty of information for me to learn and use to help ensure that things are done correctly, on time, and that they meet or exceed the expectations of the customer. This is even true when many of the services during the startup of my business will be done by either me or with me working with some of my family members or close associates. It is correct that I will soon run into things that are beyond my skill set and that is when I definitely will need the outsourcing skills that I will be learning. With the growth of my business will come the need to even outsource things that have become overwhelming due to the sheer volume the business is generating. Be it soon after I start my business off on the right foot or a little later as the business grows, this training will be very helpful for me and for others that help me engage in the business venture.

A lot of courses and gurus say to outsource but do not tell you how to find good people to outsource to. This course fills in the blanks nicely.

In the Best Outsource Sites section, there's a bullet point that reads "Elance, okay, not as good as it used to be but somewhat quality." Perhaps outsourcing the copyediting would have helped. Also, "customer service is key." "Have a real phone number and not just a cell". I'm really not sure who this course would apply to and I really hate to give a bad review, but there's just not enough meat on the bone here. It could have been summed up as "check out Craigslist for jobs, outsource it using Odesk, and be professional." If you're looking for more in depth stuff, this course isn't it.

Good training for anyone considering using outsourcing in their business.
The author(s) obviously have a lot of experience of using the services of freelancers to assist them with their business projects.
The separate subject videos are well explained and presented.

Bought this years ago, and was needing some insight into outsourcing. Actually, there is a lot of good info in this course. There may be more up-to-date courses out there on outsourcing, but this has some good nuggets. Granted, it's angled as a way to create your own agency using outsourcers, basically arbitraging outsourcers and booking clients to sell them your 'services', but some good tips and tricks when it comes to actually hiring (and managing) those outsourcers.
