I picked up a few ideas on how to use DISC in communicating with people with different profiles. It would have been nice to have a topic on how to guess a profile accurately without doing a formal assessment. Overall, the instructor passed on good information.

This is a great fundamentals course to get into DISC or a wonderful refresher if you once learned about it and decide to take it up again.

I must admit that, as with most courses, the juice lies in APPLYING what I have learned. And that is also where the challenge lies. For the moment, this course has been very useful information.
The benefits will be reaped, i.e. the increase in sales, the improved communication etc., when you APPLY what you have learned.

I have forwarded this course to several colleagues . If they pick it up, we can create a group discussion around the DISC styles and through conversation create more understanding and awareness, leading to application of the knowledge learned. I hope we'll pull it off!

Do not hesitate taking this course, it is most worth the $54! Your eyes will be opened to a different approach and once completed, you'll feel enriched with the information you have gained.

I loved the format the course came in, as I could do it in sniplets where and when it suited me. Or you can chose to do it all in one go. It great to have choice!

This is the first time I have come across the DISC model and I thoroughly enjoyed being guided through each of the elements and then learning about how to get the most out of the model in sales situations. A great pace and friendly teaching style keeps the learner engaged and challenged at the same time. The quiz at the end of key sections helps to ensure you have remembered the key learnings and cements them in the mind.

Odd as it may seem, some things never change. Bold statement you say in this ever changing world. Well the ancient greeks observed that the human character was not a random soup but instead a well composed system of behavioural styles. We all have them and we all use them but the combination of how we use them is what makes us behave in one way or another. If you can decipher the persons innate behaviour you will have a better chance of being able to win the other person's trust. This makes it very useful in business of course but also in the search for a soulmate. It goes without saying that once we understand the power of such a skill we use it to serve mankind and not the other way around. The instructor has a vast knowledge on the subject and transmits,in person, the various personalities to give the student a feel for the differences between behaviours. This is one of those subjects that every person should know about whatever you do in life. Some things do not change with the passing of time. The ancient Greeks new it and after taking this course so will you.
