In general was satisfactory. I would eliminate the section of the Australian legislation and/or add a different slide referring to a more generic construction legislation. Also, in the scoring and weighting section of the evaluation criteria, it says that systems are created to recognize subcontractors whose responses will deliver better outcomes in terms of quality, time and cost. I should add a very important one SAFETY!. Thanks
I opted for the course to learn about strategies to manage existing subcontractors. However the course mostly teaches about the process of selection of subcontractors.
However a few sections were informative especially Section 6 (SWOT Analysis), the activity of section 10 is quite interesting and the tips given in section 14 are good.
