The course was informative and provided a comprehensive overview of SAP CRM, clearly explaining its core concepts and functionalities. Some parts in video didn't have audio can you please look into it.
a) The content is not designed properly,
b) Mostly you find text in the slides which is pretty old fashioned,
c) The fonts are not similar in slides, sometimes no voice.
d) This basic training should at least prepare the students for first level of interview.
e) Practical should be incorporated in the course, you can increase the cost but content should give kickstart to a fresh career.

Sound is constantly disappearing in some sections, and the microphone level sometimes distorts what the lecturer is saying.
The voice is interrupting and it doesn't correspond to what should have been taught. This course should be reviewed.
