Good overview of the data migration topic, covering both general knowledge and practical usage.
There's not much to Apex so the content is pretty light. that said, if you're a total newbie such as myself to SFDC, then it's worth the course to familiarize yourself with the tool.
It's a perfect course just to cover the basics of data migration. Not too long and to the point.
