Yes, unlike the course named "Wing Chun Martial Arts - Self Defence" which is completely ridiculous ... This one is truly good one!!! As a person practising Martial Arts & Kung Fu for years I can admit these are real & useful Tai Chi exercises to practice!

Would love some more instructions like with breath work, explanations, even a demo would be nice before actually starting. So far, Im not really getting a lot out of this practice but will keep going

The course is not specifically tailored, but rather just a collection of Youtube videos of the trainer. The movements are quite valid for beginners but seriously lack of depth and explanation.
