I like the idea of weekly classes modified accordingly to pregnancy progression, but unfortunately this content is not for me. I’m pretty athletic and have been doing intermediate to advanced yoga with different instructors for about 10 years (on and off). I would prefer longer sequences with proper transitions instead of a bunch of standalone asanas provided here, longer holds for better stretching and more muscle&balance challenge. This course might be a better option for women who only took some beginner yoga classes before pregnancy and are looking for something that’s more like easy prenatal warmups rather than yoga.

I found the pace too fast, and I practice various styles of yoga for 10 years and currently attend a local prenatal course. Even with at 75% speed. With that pace I found it difficult to stay focused on the breath. Also stopping and hitting the pause button every 2 min is not something you want to do during your practice. Exercises are okay.
