Training is not technical enough, errors in automation not dealt with appropriately. For example, in the parametrization example, instead of fixing the issue the instructor copied the content of Action1 sheet into Global.
At the end, there should be a word of where to find help on UFT. The documentation in the tool (a link) is not straight forward at all.
