About This Course

Where does stress show up in your life? Learn how to identify and relieve tension build up by using your own breath.

Do any of these feel familiar? Frustration, anxiety, stress, stagnation, holding the weight of responsibility, chronic worrying, overthinking, trouble sleeping or switching off, feeling under pressure?

Breathwork is the key to managing our emotional states and is one of the most effective techniques available to us for resolving emotional distress.

If you are looking for an introduction to breath awareness and are eager to find a stress relief solution that is healthy, sustainable and realistic with your lifestyle and time schedule, then this is the course for you.

In this course we will be inquiring into:

Where stress shows up in your life?

How you currently deal with your stress?

How important is your well-being really to you?

Join me for this course and Receive:

  • A 5-day guided audio practice that is reusable

  • Daily summary video and email to guide you through each component

  • Exercises and Exploration to deepen your experience

Conscious breathing can not only reverse the symptoms of stress but gives us the opportunity to return with fresh perspective and energy to that never-ending to-do list and endless responsibility we pile on ourselves as people.

Breath awareness allows us to work with increased clarity in thought and overall a more grounded and calm way of being.

What you need to know?

The minimum time investment for this course is 12 minutes a day. This means you can do this course by simply reading the daily content, watching the summary video and most importantly doing the guided audio. You don't have to do any journal writing, this is your choice, but I, of course, advise you to, the more you put in the more impactful and eye-opening the course will be.

Each day is broken down into the following areas:

Text content, video summaries, downloadable guided breathwork practices for each day which you can re-use. Observational tasks and optional journal writing.

  • A clearer idea of where stress shows up in your life?

  • A deeper observation of your habitual breathing habits and how you might optimise your breath more in life for increased well being.

  • Two breathwork techniques, knowledge of their unique benefits and how to integrate them into your day.

I've taken breathwork courses before. This was, in essence, a refresher course for me. I'm unsure if the way this course was lead was just incredible or if my years of work with my breath allowed the messages to be received even more deeply. I reckon it's a mix of both, and I would feel that even without having any prior knowledge or background, that I could still see this being a tremendously useful course for anyone at any stage.

This course is phenomenal, I'm not really one for reviews and really wasn't expecting such an intense experience from something that's online. I've done some breath-work before, as well as practicing daily mindfulness and meditation but Hannah's course seems to have bought all of that other practice together, and helped me to start realising the benefit.

The fact it's just 12 minutes a day (although I enjoy the practice so much I've extended that) is great, but what's really interesting / heartening is the difference it's making in my day to day life - without me even trying to force it in. I seem to be far more capable of taking a pause, acknowledging and noticing my breathing and easily coming back into being. This is really helping me to start living in a more embodied way - and that's great because it's away from the stress of my head!

Thank you Hannah :)

I've not finished the course yet but already I am feeling the benefits hence my early review. The combination of videos and written sections really helps reinforce the message in both and the practitioner is very easy to listen to and follow. I can highly recommend if you are new to breathing techniques and are looking for a way of de-stressing and adding this type of practice into your daily routine. I can't wait to carry on with the course.
