About This Course
Mental Health Awareness: use the resources provided to deliver your own session. Mental Health First Aid.
This is a general Mental Health Awareness course designed for anyone with little or no training in mental health and who would like to understand a little more about:
- Mental health and mental well-being
- Common signs, symptoms, and conditions
- How to talk about mental health
- How to support someone
- How to be an advocate of Mental Health Awareness and share what I've learned with others
This is also a course designed to promote 'Mental Health Awareness' in the workplace and to create self-efficacy, raise awareness and fight the mental health stigma.
It offers tons of downloadable resources to run interactive bite-sized presentations/quizzes. Practical handouts can be attached to emails to promote well-being at work all year round.
You will also find a Train-The-Trainer session explaining how this course can be used by any HR or L&D professional to run a bite-size (45min +) interactive training session or by a manager/team lead to conduct an interactive team discussion on Mental Health Awareness.

This was a good way to learn basics of mental health awareness. Also the materials for train the trainer was sufficient for me to share the knowledge to others
