Textures are my favorite to work with in After Effects. In this course I'll be teaching you what good textures are, how to find them and make them and how to use them in After Effects. I'll be teaching you my tricks and secrets in how I design and animate with textures. I'll be walking you through an example project which I will also be providing my project files for you to learn as you go.

I see textures everywhere I go now. Defiantly building my asset database with a "textures of around my home town" theme. I now know areas by their textures... YIKES!! I have just under three pages of notes from your class. Rather that makes me smart or just really dumb before your class.. Don't judge. I took your class because of the transitional use of same background but with the reveal of multiple different videos. Yes... While all along using different textures and blending modes. I learned how to integrate this technique into mu projects not just how to duplicate what you created. You give so much more information with such a laid back approach. You speak very clearly and understandable. If you interested in this class keep in mind that nothing (while working with texture layers) is concrete. Playing with multiple settings: Levels, Curves, and Transfer modes. Duplicating pre-compositions for additional effects. You will need to put on your creative editing hat for this one. Thank you

Course was good. Definitely worth the price. It might have been nice if more of the design decisions were thought out before hand, and the course focused a bit more on the techniques of the software.
I understanding parenting and nulls a lot better after seeing this course.
