I could have gone online and gotten these methods for free. It's very short.
Its a very well laid out, easy to follow series of lectures. Very practical language learning tips to help with improving retention and provides easy to apply exercise suggestions. However, most of the information covers basic language teaching methods you'd be taught to use in a formal class setting. So its not something that, on its own, I'd consider worth the $95 list price. Over all though, I would recommend it.
