Company pages were reviewed so I am happy about that. However, I am not convinced that I can optimize our corporate presence on LinkedIn without a consultant, such as the authors--perhaps that was his strategy.

My only real negative comments is that he is very monotone in his delivery, which almost out me to sleep in a few instances. He needs to be more charismatic and engaging.

I think that the course is for people who would like to improve their LinkedIn profile. I have picked up 5(!!!) very important tips. Just one tweak of my profile brought searches and connection requests from a segment I was completely missing.

Overall it was educational however, the first half of videos were repetitive and didn't really differ from Linkedin's help page. The last couple of videos were the most educational and relevant to the courses description.

I was expecting to learn about LinkedIn for Business rather than for an individual, and so far, this course has been all about developing yr personal profile rather than building a good LinkedIn page for a business. I have seen a couple of tweeks that I don't remember from the other Udemy course I did on LinkedIn for the individual, I like Josef Haslam's voice and delivery, but I am not hugely impressed at his use of a LinkedIn survey on itself from 2011 - surely there is some more up to date info whether by LinkedIn or another organisation? More info on company pages did appear in subsequent lectures, much appreciated. Would have like to get a page I could print off with a list of the names of products and websites on it, rather than hastily scribbling them down - and sometimes I didn't know if i'd want them or not until after they had vanished from the screen. while i have upped the rating, I have done that really because I like Josef Haslam's delivery, laconic and pragmatic, rather than it really delivering what I expected, which was a course much more dedicated to company pages. its my bad, really, because I bought the wrong course.
