too much talk no plan
I don't know that I plan to move to NYC anytime soon, but the city has always fascinated me from afar. Also, I'm interested in real estate. The entire process. Roberto, a former award winning real estate agent, is the instructor and guide in this course. He's extremely knowledgeable about the topic (obviously) and his interest is in providing hacks to people who want to live in NYC, but think that it's too expensive to live there. Roberto walks you through how you can live in the city on the (relatively) cheap. At least, as far as housing is concerned. He also discusses how people can save money to pay off their bills, etc. and have money left over to buy a house to then use to make passive income. I had never thought about the topic in this way, but I received valuable information from this course. Roberto also gives some worksheets to help students along in the process.
This gentleman is very methodical and straight-forward. He addresses the realities and how to confront them head on. Thank you very much.
