This course gives clear explanations and practical motivations for sessions lasting from 1 to 5 minutes that feel so good to do I want to linger longer to enjoy the sense of relaxation & peace. It teaches techniques for deep breathing, mental & physical focusing, and a visualization exercise that heightens sensory awareness. I've used each technique individually to de-stress myself in particular situations, and by doing them all together in the morning I remain more relaxed throughout the day. The lectures and exercises navigate smoothly and they include audio and visual reinforcements that I refer to regularly for fine-tuning my practice. After some recent conflicts at work and at home, I practiced lessons I learned from the course and I left each situation feeling more peaceful, joyful and confident than before the conflict occurred. So now I say to stressful situations, "BRING IT." I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to relax during or after feeling stressed out.
