I got to know how to implement front and backend. It would have been better if he used to implement express to extend and improve this project.

I've been taking both crash and paid courses from Brad Traversy and as also, his lectures and tutorials are clear, to the point and complete. I'm guaranteed to learn the subject.

Unfortunately the course content is _very_ basic. Only suitable for absolute beginners. For example: takes a lot of time typing straight up HTML. Expected more from a course called "Learn to Build a Shopping Cart using NodeJS".

Does not take into account other important aspects of implementing a shopping cart, such as user authentication or payment processing. The entire course revolves around mocking up some pages and a basic database to update site contents.

At 29.99, it's not exactly the most expensive course on Udemy, but I'd still expect more at that price point than what was offered. You could probably learn these things through free (text) tutorials. Maybe lower the price point to 12 or so, and rename the course to something like "Modern Web Development Primer - Build a Basic NodeJS Shopping Cart". _Then_ it would live up to expectation for me (and I wouldn't buy it - looking for more advanced courses).

The instructor speaks a little monotonous, however delivery is clear otherwise. If the content would be more expanded, or the course price point + name altered, it'd be good enough.

Just great! Well organized and getting deep in the fundamental points needed to understand how nodeJs works and how to use it correctly... also with other popular frameworks. Many thanks for the really good and well done job!
