He is very good with keeping your attention in a way where you learn useful things without all the clutter. Although recommending only getting a single app for $20s to get photoshop when the photography $10 bundle has it right next to the single app option seemed silly.

This is a very good course. It is definitely for beginners. As a beginner, I learn a lot about Pixel Art in general. I did not use Photoshop for my work, I used Aseprite. There were some techniques (animation) that I had to do differently, and find other tutorials specifically for Asprite, but I did it.
This course gave me inspiration to reach out with my imagination and start practicing with my own art. I have already found another course using Asprite for additional techniques. I cannot wait.
