It is a collection of videos of some guy rambling on about his experience as a tourist/expat in Vietnam.
There are serious subjects such as currency, culture, healthcare etc that the expat needs to know.
I do not come to Udemy for stuff that belongs on YouTube.
It is very interesting and valuable. I have never been to Vietnam. The presenter of this series is doing a good job. Hope there will be info on available job opportunities in the rural areas......
All things mentioned are true from my experience with Vietnam. This video is good for first time travelers to Vietnam as well as people wanting to live in Vietnam.
Very dissatisfied with this course -- anyone who has spent even a second looking at Vietnam will not learn anything from this course. Save yourself the money and simply google "Vietnam Travel" instead.
The instructor only covers touristy areas, despite saying that such places should be avoided. It's like he is reading out of a Lonely Planet guide. He goes in-depth on the wrong things while ignoring important topics.

Thank you for this entertaining and really worth to listening to lecture on Vietnam. It is obvious that you not only know much and have a lot of experience of Vietnam, but also can teach this to your audience. I would not agree over all the secrets, but that might be in the eye of the beholder. I recommend this course to all who are interested in Vietnam or wish to visit this country.
Interesting topics, well narrated, lots of travel advice, not a rehash of other guidebooks. Interesting pictures (wish course included more). Main focus on Ho Chi Minh city but did cover at least 5 other highlights.
