The course is fine. As the other people, i'm missing some material to work with at the end of the course even like simple excel files with X Matrix and other stuffs.
We all would have loved to see a start-to-finish (or al least iteration 2) real case example

It's really slow and boring. Sometimes is hard to understand the sentences and doesn't provide enough material to download and to study

It is the topic I expected, but I have a hard time evaluating my company along the way without sufficient information on what it should look like in the end.

It is a good description of Hoshin Kanri. It seems a little light on step-by-step instruction (with examples) while moving through the process.
