The frist think of when taking the CBT course is the word rehabilitaion and the meaning of the word rehabilitaion; in webster dictionary the meaning 1 "To restore to a former capacity ,rank or right :reinstate" 2 "to restore to good condition or health". If a person had distortive thinking before the consequences from what ever happened; they would be return to the distorted thinking. In this case we would have to build a new person; similar to what the military dose. The braking down of the distortive thinking and replace them with new values, feeling, and behaviors. Now on to the homework

Good course, helpful documentation. Getting a little old now, but there's a more recent version of this on Udemy. The creator of the content is actually available to answer questions should one have any or offer more insight. That and the man's genuine kindness and helpfulness surprised me. Thank you!
