About the program: Explore the inner workings of a Division I college basketball practice led by Scott Nagy, Head Coach of Wright State University. About the Coach: Since April 2016, Scott Nagy has served as the head men's basketball coach at Wright State University (WSU) in Fairborn, Ohio. Prior to his tenure at WSU, Nagy spent 21 seasons at South Dakota State University (SDSU) in Brookings, South Dakota, amassing an impressive overall record of 410 wins to 240 losses, equating to a .631 winning percentage. He earned the Horizon League Coach of the Year honors in 2018, 2019, and 2020. As a collegiate basketball player, Scott Nagy competed at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, where he still holds school records for the most career games played and the most career assists (549), as well as seasonal (234) and single-game (15) assist records. Nagy achieved another significant milestone in his coaching career on February 22, 2020, when he secured his 500th collegiate victory with an 81-74 overtime triumph over Cleveland State.
