You're never too experienced or too old to learn new things...Elaine has practical advice, delivered in a humorous and friendly way, to hire a great assistant on oDesk. I would think the advice holds true for other disciplines. Good downloads and step by step instructions on how to do it. Will save me doing it wrong a few times!!

The concepts are good and transferrable to other use cases, but a lot of time is spent on the author’s particular challenges. These are not likely to be your challenges, unless you are also in the movile game cloning / shovelware business. I would have preferred a generalized course about when and how to outsource an assistant.
