Small things does matter. Very descriptive and helpful lectures.
Every thing in interesting animated videos. Good quality production if not the best.
Will revisit the course once after following the routine for few days for further feedback.

No words to describe. Really enjoyed the sessions. I love the "History of Exercise" section. Overall, Chris has done a fanta-bulous job to keep us attentive all the time by incorporating animation into the sessions. Worth every penny you spend on this course. Highly recommended to everyone who wants their motivation back.
