At 32 minutes in total, it's an overview of the topic. There are much more comprehensive resources available, but from my experience as a coach, those longer versions tend to be not listened to prior to a job start because life is too frenetic for most at that point in time. This course is just the right length for a refresher or first insights course that will actually get listened to.
