In Section 4 we cover how to determine if Agile is working and how to report the results to your business stakeholders, finally

In Section 5 we focus on leadership. In this section we’ll teach you how to lead an agile learning team.

As a learning development professional who’s spent more years than I’d like to count trying to find ways of demonstrate the value of my teams learning solutions to business stakeholders, I can tell you first hand that Agile is a game changer.

First, I love to develop and deploy trainings. So I was really pleased to find this training in the catalogue.
But: dowloadable ressources have broken links, downloads pomised duering the lectures do not exit at all. Section 21 can not be loaded, perhaps due to another broken link.
Got worse...
90 seconds of black silent screen to finish section 31 and that was fien because the interview of section 31 had some sort of strange much to loud background music which was not helpful at all.

Well paced. The information is very clear and structured. I think this course is missing some of the resources the facilitator offered verbally; might want to review and reinstate those missing resources. Overall, I was very pleased. This gave me a lot to work with.

Maybe I did not get the concept "Training development" when I picked this course... But still I could learn about priorization, scrum roles responsibilities, ceremonies and some agile concepts not related to Training.

This course provides a useful introduction to the topic. I would have appreciated greater depth and variety of example to better explain some of the key components of using agile methodology for developing training. This course also required editing for spelling and audio problems. Otherwise, excellent introductory resource!

Video quality is horrible and there are several technical issues such as dead air at the end , framing and focus issues, as well as distracting graphics. The content itself is great, though, which makes the other issues unfortunate because it could easily be a great course if they were fixed.
