video quality is not clear and even sound but contenet is too perfect

The course is fine regarding the informations provided but the problem is in the way these informations are given :
1- the course lacks practicality and the examples are so theoretical
2- there is no scenario for presentation so when the instructor speaks he interrupts himself too much that it becomes noisy.
3- in many of the so important videos specifically form section 6 downward the instructor speaks fast while he should speak slow and vise versa.
HOWEVER relating the technical issues it's fine.
