I am a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Quantity surveyor working in the construction field. I do have an LLM degree in construction law. Often I am invited to provide expert opinion in arbitrations and in order to sharpen my skills in expert witnessing I took this short course. I have a learned about the legal system in USA and the role of experts in the overall legal system.
