It's a little too fast, the instructor does not make clear where the tools are and keeps modeling the subject too fast.
He should take the time and explain better where to find the tools, I have to pause the video and look for them sometimes and it does not seem like a simple thing to follow.

I learned a few new things, and it was good to see the process and reinforcement on how to use the various tools.

Starts out fine, then the instructor stops explaining how things work, and simply narrates his thoughts; e.g. Section 2 Lecture 6: instead of explaining which values he is changing and why, he simply says "I will change this to 9, and bring this to 34..." Have to pause work just to try and keep up with his monologue. Sad because this course has the potential to be excellent but the instructor seems to want to just finish each stage without explaining and reinforcing his concepts.

so far, this is a great course. You CAN go to YouTube and get free videos about stuff of this nature, but for complete beginners it can be hard because they usual are not that thorough in explaining what there doing leading to rage later.
