excellent course; I actually learned a lot of important things from this course. If you're thinking about taking this course, I tell you go on and definitely take it. I took this and his nutrition course and business course. I am so excited to take the rest of the courses. I am now taking his holistic nutrition course, and I am amazed at how organized and well-structured the information is. I am from KSA, and English wasn't my first language, but he explained everything clearly and in a well way. just a side note try to make the assignment question more challenging and add more questions with 3 attempts; also add some peer graded assignment and practice on hand and discussion. it'll be more fun! As someone who is into fitness, this course is useful only to gain more clarity on what you already do. When we talk about being a fitness trainer, i was expecting to learn about why we do what we do and what needs to be done to take someone from point A to their goal
