Information is good. The individual sections are only a few minutes and with a 8 sec music before and after each section seems redundant.

If you're looking for a basic course about questioning and listening, this fits the bill. It was too basic in the beginning as it explained what questions are and why we use them. I found some of it helpful such as the types of questions and responses. Then there are materials to download at the end that I wasn't sure what to do with. "EI" (emotional intelligence) seemed to be important but I'm not sure what it had to do with questioning and listening (maybe I missed something that explained it). I had to go back to find what EI meant!
