As the course is titled Business Coaching for Success, I anticipated it being just that. This was more an introduction to coaching geared towards someone starting to learn what coaching is. John's delivery is quite calming, however, as a coach, I would like to get more information about business models and strategies more focused on business coaching for success and the course is titled.
