So far this appears to be for someone that doesn't understand sales. I already know how we use these skills in business and everyday life. I am looking for something supportive in a sales role that isn't already covered in all of the other trainings out there.

Listening to word sales phsycology understanding was to understand the reaction of clients the body language of client to analyse the client whether sale will be done or not. Rest the course was very helpful.
