Move on.... the course wont teach you anything that a google search wont do. there are a total of 9 vinaigrette. some chapters are just recipes on paper. some video don't have recipes included and there are no quantitative measurement.
Some recipes that reference spice mixes to his website?? Save yourself some money and search youtube

I think the course was helpful and gave me a couple nice recipes but think that the course should have some other ethnic style vinaigrettes like Italian or balsamic as these are most used in main stream restaurants today.

The information has been very thorough and easy to follow, thus far. Much gratitude. The only improvement would be to offer a vegan version, but it's easily adaptable as is.
