Gut geeignet, Audio teilweise undeutlich. Gute Verbesserung wären Slides mit Zusammenfassungen der Rezepte/Anleitungen, die ich bei pausiertem Video lesen kann.

A little more in-depth history would be nice. Maybe include sources. Overall very interesting and to the point.

Very disappointing. I thought it was gonna into more in-depth knowledge especially around espresso and the different variants. If you have some knowledge of coffee making, this course is not recommended.

It was a great experience to get into the world of coffee, I didn't have so much more to say that the following:
1. I learned a few, but good, tips of how to make a cup of coffee.
2. I see, that in some section, they forgot to indicate some ratios of coffee and water, but nothing that I cannot find on internet.
I end the course very happy and excited about making some espressos and americanos.
