At the end of the course you will receive your attunements distant style, by me, via guided meditation video. At the end of the course you will receive your level 1 certificate.

The course no longer seems to be supported by the instructor. Includes pre-recorded attunements though, which is convenient.
It seems that I have done something like this before, but I stillness and chakra cleansing and balancing, and yoga. I couldn't get as relaxed and inwardly visual as I desired.
Audio to be longer for us to get into the meditation mode
I have learnt a lot doing this course, especially at this time. It was informative and enjoyable and I look forward to learning more about Reiki.
