The instructor uses Adobe Illustrator to create the vector graphic before adjusting it in After Effects CC and that's not mentioned in the title. This is a good short course on making not-too-complicated motion graphics art without overwhelming the user with all the features of the application that do not pertain to the task at hand. Although some prior knowledge about After Effects will help you get your bearings faster, it isn't a prerequisite. I got this as a freebie in 2017 but I believe you can find some similar tutorials on YouTube if you don't want to pay for a course that is just one hour long.
