If Udemy and its instructors want to really suceed in the market place, a course on SEO optimisation of the course is critical according to me, for organic traffic and sales. I think that in addition to the Udemy course on how to create a course, one on SEO should be mandatory.
Having said that, Brian's 'Udemy Course SEO for Instructors' fills that gap admirably, with solid in the trenches tips and guidance. I've learnt a lot, and if you are even a bit serious about spending time and effort on creating a course, do consider taking this up first.
An area of improvement strictly in my opinion, is that the course could have been less repetitive and a bit shorter.
