Completely disappointing - don't waste your time. This course contains NO information at all about actual essential oils or their properties or how or why to create blends.
It does provide a TEN minute video demonstrating how to add essential oil to distilled water -utter waste of time.

I really like the section about making your own soap, spray, and creams/lotions. Some information, again, is a repeat from other courses offered. Information was clear and kept my attention. I also really appreciate the instructional videos on hand and foot massages as this directly applies to my area of expertise. Thank you for the information, PDF note, and helpful / colorful presentation slides.
