fat loss is a saturated niche and frankly, most courses are just the same tired old info regurgitated for the millionth time. This course was the first i'd seen for a LONG time that had fresh things to say and presented new inspiring insights. Far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. I went through the whole thing twice.
