A lot of good stuff this guy covers. I especially like the different type of meal plates that you can choose. I never knew that certain things you eat before or after your work out would help out.

What I really like about this course is how Emeroy is very passionate about what he is teaching. I learned and enjoyed a lot, especially in section where he is explaining the nutrition in great details (i haven't know about that much before).

I've tried so many programs and always felt like I was doing so much in the first couple of weeks. It was stressful. I love the fact that Emeroy is all about keeping it simple.
