not good very very bad his video only is 1 or 3 and 4 minitus and every time he have only explain he not making any acction very very bad i lost my money this course bad

I have a strong background in nutrition and healing foods. I loved that he worked in how to fuel your body properly in order to get the most out of your workout.

I also appreciated how he explained the formula to convert any cardio exercise into H.I.I.T and the ratios needed to do that.

I liked how he explain good body mechanics while doing the workouts he recommends.

The material was good and well presented. Where it fell short for me is in my ability for ease of implementation. It would be much more useful if a printable guide was available for dynamic warm-ups and static cool-downs, as well as a downloadable video for a follow along HIIT workout.
